This is a negative ion gun constructed from parts from amazing1.com. The ion gun is powered from 8 AA batteries and shoots a stream of electrons out of the needle. This changes a target with a negative charge. When a person is charged, a strong shock will occur when any grounded metal is touched. When a piece of metal is charged, a string shock will occur when anyone touches that piece of metal.
